Job Description:
We have an urgent requirement in Customer Service (NPS) at our at head office in Gurgaon.

Primary Role Description:
Call customer and understand the reason for giving us low rating on NPS survey and resolve their issues end to end. Also coordinate with several departments to fix the root cause.
Further share customer feedback data with all departments on daily basis.

Key Roles & Responsibilities: 
Call customer and understand the reason for giving us low rating on NPS survey and resolve their issues end to end.
Handle escalated customer issues and do root cause analysis.
Create MIS and publish daily
Pull report from different systems and share with respective teams.
Good in follow ups.
Knowledge of NPS (Net promoter score) and CSAT (Customer satisfaction)
