Essential Criteria:
Microsoft Outlook, related plugins and options for enterprise
Outlook settings and experience with global deployment of these setting (Windows)
Microsoft Office
Microsoft Exchange 2010 / 2013 / 2016 & O365 versions and messaging technologies
OWA and Windows Mail app
Skype, SharePoint
Outlook health reporting and monitoring
Auto discover Troubleshooting in Complex environment (On-Prem, VCurrent, VNext etc.)
Outlook, OWA and Mail app connection methods
Automate the routine tasks with proficiency on PowerShell Scripting
Good understanding of IT Infrastructure technologies and Infrastructure management operations
Good to have:
Active Directory: MS Windows 2008R2 / 2012 /2016
Network Load Balancer configuration requirement for Outlook client
Understanding of Domain and DNS
Application Integration via EWS, POP, IMAP, SMTP
Power Shell Scripting
MCP, MCSA, ITIL Exposure and Certification
Experience required:
Support Team (L2): IT Experience – 7+ years; Relevant experience – 5+ years

Preferred skills
