Brief description :
To provide a high level of telephone-based and electronic email support to customers and associated services
Report and log all customers’ issues into the customer relationship management database.
To provide remote maintenance and reactive support

Preferred skills
Fresher (Experience: 0-1 year)
B-Tech/BE, Bsc CS/Electronics, BCA, MCA, MSc CS/Electronics
Should be able to communicate with customers at all levels in verbal and written
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail
Team-oriented/player, self-motivated, have good email and telephone etiquettes
Should be open to work in Night shifts (24*7 environment)
Basic networking (Fresher), computer troubleshooting
Experience: 0-1 year
Type of employment: Permanent

Time: 10:30 Am to 12:00Pm
Work Location: Trivandrum
