We are looking for a recruitment manager to handle our domestic recruitment team

Job Description
Manage multiple recruiting teams
Prioritize open requirements with different clients and assigning them to the team
Prioritise based on technology/rates/location and ensure the efforts go in the right direction
Responsible for productivity of recruiters - Calls & Submissions
Well versed in technology hiring and market practices 
Willingness to travel to client meetings on need basis
Set TAT expectation for the team & ensure that the requirements are covered swiftly as required
Screen the resumes submitted by the team for quality & fitment
Responsible for coverage of requirements assigned by Service delivery / Account Manager
Audit Jobs every day to ensure effort level & process adherence is in line with the expectations
Ensure process adherence. Constantly scan & make recommendations for weeding out redundant processes
Ensure the recruiters are successful, identify training needs and help them scale-up
Conduct on the Job & Classroom training, as required
Conducting periodic performance reviews for team members 
Promote employee success, satisfaction & morale
Conduct daily/weekly/monthly meetings
Coordinate with CRM/SDM & push for feedback/interviews for submitted resumes
Prepare & send timely reports to management
Ensure that attendance, discipline & floor etiquettes of the team members are in line with company expectations & policies
Conduct confirmation & performance appraisal as per HR guidelines
